The resort has thus come to be known as the snow loft of Savoie.

Known as one of the largest Nordic skiing areas in France, the slopes of Les Saisies extend over more than 120km through forests and meadows with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Situated at 1650 metres, snow cover is guaranteed from mid-November to the end of April thanks to snow-farming on site.
