The Spa Montagnes du Monde® is a haven of relaxation, serenity, and calm. As an apartment owner in one of our tourist residences, you can enjoy unlimited access to the well-being area. The latter includes a steam room, hot tub, sauna, sensory shower, nordic bath and a heated pool, not forgetting the gym.
The Spa Montagnes du Monde® also has a treatment area where the expert and caring hands of our dedicated team for a personalised massage to extend your mountain experience.
The different attractions
Hot tub
Dip into water heated to 34°C, bubbles giving a relaxing massage to ease away any tension.
Sauna
The dry heat of the sauna relaxes and re-invigorates the body, perfect after a day on the slopes or in the mountains.
Heated pool
Unwind in one of the heated pools of our residences, bathed in sunlight thanks to the large bay windows surrounding them.
Steam room
In a beautiful environment let the steam help to eliminate the toxins from your body and relieve any muscle pain. This is the ideal space to unwind and relax.
Nordic bath
With temperatures varying from 4 to 6°C, this ice-cold bath has a re-invigorating effect on the body. Perfect after a session in the steam room or sauna to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems.
Sensory Shower
Equipped with many functions such as chromotherapy and light therapy, this shower invites you to take a sensory journey.
Gym
The gym is the perfect place to get fit at your own pace, whether you fancy a cardio session, or doing some weights. You will love the modern and interactive equipment we have at your disposal.
Himalayan salt wall
Explore the virtues of chromotherapy while your muscles unwind and your body relaxes in the heated and massaging armchairs, gazing upon the Himalayan salt wall.

Mountains embody an authentic, natural source of beauty; an environment where oxygen is scarce and the air purer. In this environment where the climate can be extreme, flora has had to develop unique defence mechanisms to thrive.
Edelweiss, a flower eponymous with the mountains, grows with its base in the snow and its head in the sun. This resistance to extreme conditions gives it exceptional properties: highly moisturising, protective, antioxidant and anti-aging.
